Hell the Dems follow a strategy as old as Rome... Buy off the "mob" with Bread and Circuses... it keeps the docile and controlled

Of course their strategy is to keep the voters in the dark. The vast majority of 'Rats could NEVER be elected if they let on what they really believed.
