The Clines may have nothing to do with the "current investigation of doctor shopping" - but they certainly were lawyered up very early and given immunity - once the PB DA found out the Clines had worked for Rush. That's what I'm talking about - WHO LAWYERED UP THE CLINES with a very expensive lawyer (one they could not afford) - BECAUSE THAT LAWYER HAS A CONNECTION TO THE CLINTONS.

The hundreds of thousands they got from "blackmailing" Rush ? ( BTW, wouldn't lying in their allegations regarding Rush negate any supposed immunity in any case ? )
You bring up an interesting side point nevertheless, but one that has no bearing on Rush's guilt or innocence.
I'm not talking about Rush's guilt or innocence. I'm talking about the people behind the PB DA who are pushing him to GET something on Rush - something which would discredit him and get him OFF THE AIR where he cannot influence 20 million people per week.
I'm talking about DEMOCRATS who took advantage of the Clines being in the Rush household - as an excuse to try to prosecute him WHEN THE POLICE HAD NO HARD EVIDENCE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. The Clines admitted doing criminal activity - but were given immunity from prosecution - in order to try and GET Rush. Evidently, their testimony did not expose any criminal activity on Rush's part - because Rush has never been charged - through any information the Clines gave the PB DA.
I remember it was a big revelation when the name of the lawyer who showed up to represent the Clines was discovered .. because of that person's affiliation with the Clintons. I'm confident someone like Carville from the Clinton's cabal was hiring this lawyer.
I'm just trying to say .. this witch hunt on Rush is being funded by the Clintons - there is no doubt in my mind.
Well .. I have more faith in Rush than you apparently do.
And .. the other issue is the privacy of medical records. That is an issue Rush is championing for ALL OF US.
And .. the 4 doctors - were all legal. 3 of them were in the same practice where Rush was a patient for the back pain. The 4th doctor was the ear specialist. How can anybody call that DOCTOR SHOPPING ..??
Doctor shopping is when you go to several clinics or doctors in single practice - in several cities - in several counties .. and make up all kinds of ailments to get the medication you need (or think you need).
I don't see any connection to Rush and "doctor shopping". And .. evidently, the Clines couldn't give any valid info to the PB DA regarding that issue - thus the illegal supoena to get access to Rush's medical records. If these people are allowed to get away with this - ALL THE REST OF AMERICA IS GOING TO BE POSSIBLY FACED WITH THE SAME ISSUE AT SOME TIME IN THEIR LIFE.
And .. it's not Rush's job - TO GO AFTER THE CLINTONS - all he does is expose what they're doing. As far as I can tell he has not stopped doing that. Rush's "credibility" is not weakened - on the contrary - he's even more popular today than he was a year or two ago.

I think Roy Black should have brought this out in the first hearing - if it was a valid point the case would have ended right there, but he has NEVER brought this defense up in court.

Let's hope he is - he needs to be - so far his exposing them has not stopped the Clintons from doing whatever they want ...
Maybe Black hasn't talked about it - because Rush hasn't been charged with it.
But .. I've seen Black being interviewed on TV and he has mentioned what doctor shopping really is.
And .. on Dr. Phil's special the other night - he really pointed up what "doctor shopping" is - and the addict admitted that was what she was doing. There is no evidence Rush was ever doing that. He went to one Clinic - where the doctors share information - and he went to 1 doctor for his ear problem. I've been to more doctors than that.

LOL - Black talks about a lot of things that Rush was never and most likely will never be charged on ( remember money laundering ? ) - and he had his chance at the first hearing to confront the affidavits used to obtain the search warrants to begin with - yet chose not to.

True for all of us, but it's one of the things that make this case so interesting.
At the time, presenting simple affidavits from Rush's doctors stating that they all knew about all the prescriptions in the pharmacy records might have ended it.
Hmmmmm? Why are you telling me. I have no control over what Black does or doesn't do.
If you feel that strongly about it .. why not send an email or letter to Black ..??
