Bork would be a great choice, but he is entirely too old now. We need someone like Bork who is years and years younger to be able to impact decisions for many years to come. A long lasting impact is of great importance.

If Bork were put in via a recess appointment, his age wouldn't be a factor, as such an appointment is only temporary.
