More than 100 hardline Islamic protesters chanted the name of Osama bin Laden outside the US Embassy in London today.
The crowd, which is expected to grow during the afternoon, included many men whose faces were covered by their headscarves and at least a dozen women.
Their demonstration "against the desecration of the Koran" was being held yards from the steps of the Embassy in Grosvenor Square, which was guarded by a small detail of police.
The crowd, led by a man on a megaphone, chanted "USA watch your back, Osama is coming back" and "Kill, kill USA, kill, kill George Bush".
They also chanted "Bomb, bomb New York" and "George Bush, you will pay, with your blood, with your head".
Angry demonstrators waved placards which included the message: "Desecrate today and see another 9/11 tomorrow."

Do the words "Hiroshima" and "Nagasaki" mean anything to these pinheads? Maybe they need an education in nuclear physics.....

Why not hang all those perverts up by their testicles. Nothing is to good for these Satanic savages. I would propose that we treat them like the animals they are. Call in a vet and have them neutered and spayed so they won't produce any more beggars. Did you know that your federal tax dollars are being paid to the perverts at the ACLU to sue against your traditional American values
Oddly enough, that would violate both my American values and my Christian ethics.
Do they have coordinates for NYT and UN?

Paul, you are soooo predictable.
I'd like to think that's necause I am true to my ideals but sadly, I know sometimes I have kneejerk reactions and at other times I stray from my principles.

Of course we don't have to pay for Newsweek if we don't want it!

I tried to put the koran in a place where it could get the respect it deserves, but the paper turned out to be unsuitable for toilet paper, so I dropped the whole thing in the outhouse.

The sad part is that the media keeps handing tenuous justification for murder out to Islamofascists the way Islamofascists hand out candy whenever murder is committed. Up until a few years ago, the Islamofascists waved UN resolutions under the worlds collective nose as justification for murder.
After 9/11 and the Bush administration proved that UN resolutions are nothing more than scratchy toilet paper, I guess the leftist/Islamofascist coalition needed to switch tactics.
It still boils down to convenient justification for bloodly crimes against humanity, broadcast for the enjoyment of the Arab world.

"I say we all get a copy, pile them in front of the Afghan Embassy pile on some garbage and set them on fire. All while chanting death to muslim terrorists"That's an ignorant statement. Why would we want to pile them in front of the AFGHAN embassy?

I don't know the NY Times story is true - that's I prefaced my post with "if the report is true it sounds like..."
This report is so detailed, however, that if it's false it would be an enormous fraud...
They claim to have a sketch by Thomas V. Curtis, a Reserve M.P. sergeant, showing how Dilawar was chained to the ceiling of his cell.
They claim to actually have a copy of the Army report with all the details"
The story of Mr. Dilawar's brutal death at the Bagram Collection Point - and that of another detainee, Habibullah, who died there six days earlier in December 2002 - emerge from a nearly 2,000-page confidential file of the Army's criminal investigation into the case, a copy of which was obtained by The New York Times.
The report also matches up with what the Red Cross says they reported and the officer in charge is the same one later at Abu Gharib.
The reaction of the Pentagon spokesman also makes it sound like there is substance to the report
"What we have learned through the course of all these investigations is that there were people who clearly violated anyone's standard for humane treatment," said the Pentagon's chief spokesman, Larry Di Rita. "We're finding some cases that were not close calls."
So my gut feeling is that there is substance here but I am reserving final judgment.

Jason Blair's stories were higly detailed too...it's just that they were complete fiction. I suggest you withold judgement until proof surfaces. Otherwise, you sound like the usual "he must be guilty 'cause the media told me so" troll.

>>Otherwise, you sound like the usual "he must be guilty 'cause the media told me so" troll.<<
That's funny.
Every post of mine has used words like "alledged" or said "if it's true" and "I'm reserving judgement" but you still manage to work the word troll into your response...
BTW, do you suppose they miosquoted the pentagon spokesman but the pentagon isn't correcting them?

Why not put our policy of preemptive strikes into action? I don't know why we don't target people, imams, clerics, whatever, who call for the killing of Americans. Wasn't the lesson of 9/11 that we ignored Bin Laden when he said it, and that we would not make that mistake again? If they want it, let's give it to them.
Reminds me of all of those Hamas funerals, with thousands of masked terrorists waiving assault rifles in the street. If they did the Israelis the favor of gathering together and declaring their enmity to Israel, why not take advantage?
