That's fine, but for years and years here on this forum, dumping pages and pages and pages of your pet articles into a thread has constituted a thread hijacking. That's what links and excerpts are for. It's not David Lane's thread to take over, like force-feeding a turkey to a canary. It's just courtesy.
Posting relevant information is a far cry from hijacking. What you refer to as "pet articles" are on point. If I were to break in and begin a discussion about what laundry detergent best removes axle grease from a poly-cotton blend, well, that would be hijacking. Again, if you want clarification, ask admin. They do more than just zot, after all.
It's not David Lane's thread to take over...
That almost sounds as if you are implying that all responses should be directed to you alone. That is not how a discussion-based forum works best.
