If you are going to paste in stuff that is pages and pages and pages long, use excerpts and a link. Otherwise, it's a thread hijacking, even if you think it's on topic. Or, start your own thread, if you think it's that important and timely and news worthy. That's how it works around here, and always has. It's called "courtesy."
See how EdReform did it at 31. That is the standard protocal around here. If you prefer to load up somebody else's thread with 20 times the information than was contained in the original thread, it's a thread hijacking.
