$23M on opening weekend is not great.
The left will proclaim victory where ever they can.
It's extremely good for a chick flick, which it is. As I pointed out in another thread, the Maid in Manhatten type of movie can make as much profit with 1/10 the box office as a gillion to make blockbluster like Star Wars, the Day After Tomorrow, etc etc.
