A Pierce County woman made the complaint, which reads in part: "I was offended that I have to be 'prayed over' by a license plate... What happened to keeping church and state separate?"

Since when does she "have to be 'prayed over' by a license plate". She doesn't have to do anything except go on her merry way and ignore it.

"...What happened to keeping church and state separate?..."

What does this have to do with keeping church and state separate? Even using the loosest of definitions, It's a 'VANITY plate' not a 'State Sponsored Message Plate'. If I had a plate that said 'FREEP LOVER' it would not mean that the state was endorsing a view that said Free Republic was a great site(Yeah I know, too many letters/characters but that's beside the point).
