UNITED NATIONS IS ANTI-GOD AND EVIL: COURT DECISION IS BENCHMARK BIBLICAL END TIME PROPHECY; REVELATION 13:7
by MNA PRESS

A U.S. District Court judge ruled in favor of the United Nations over the U.S. Congress this week, setting precedent that, at least in federal court, the U.N. is sovereign over the United States. U.S. District Judge Ricardo Urbina in Washington issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) after the United Nations filed a petition to block the congressional subpoenas for information from former Oil for Food investigator Robert Parton. The ex-FBI agent quit the U.N.-appointed Independent Inquiry Committee in April, reportedly because he believed it ignored evidence critical of U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan.

Parton’s documents and audiotapes reportedly demonstrate proof positive that U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan’s stories are conflicting regarding the world’s largest bribery scandal. The court order comes in the wake of so-called Independent Investigator Paul Volcker’s (who was appointed by and is compensated by the U.N.) demands for Congress to return the Parton records and to not subpoena any more information or testimony. Volcker said the integrity of the Oil-for-Food investigation was at stake and lives may be in jeopardy if details are leaked, though when pressed, he could not give specifics about what was life-threatening or who was in danger.

The Federal court apparently agreed with Volcker and trumped Congressional authority. This court incident should have set off a firestorm controversy over the very issue of sovereignty of the United States and the balance of power between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government. But it didn’t. The U.S. State Department, which seems to represent the Executive Branch’s opinion simply said there is a need for Congress to investigate the scandal but the ongoing litigation should be left to the courts. Volcker is trying to invoke diplomatic immunity. And the chief Congressional investigators are crying foul.

This court decision, if allowed to stand, is a benchmark in prophecy. The armor of the Constitutional balance of powers has been cracked. The United States will be wrapped around a legal axel and unable to defend itself or its allies, most pointedly Israel, if it allows the United Nations to prevail in matters of internal U.S. policy. And the world, by virtue of checking a superpower through legal wrangling, inches even closer to Revelation 13:7, “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues and nations.” These are days where we must turn to Christ and His wisdom.

The idea of precedent setting by a damn court is stupid. A precedent - whatever the source - should not stand as law. Where does the U.S. Constitution or otherwise lawful enactment by the people allow for precedent to become law?

The precedent for a UN takeover of American territory is called

"KOSOVO"

And, unless we find a way to repudiate that precedent, it can only be a matter of time before the UN steps in to demand that we hand Texas and California over to Mexico on the same perverted basis as Slick Klintler demanded that Kosovo, which has belonged to Serbia for 2000 years, be handed over to the KLA, which is basically a branch of AlQuaeda, and the "albanian kosovars", who are basically white trash and criminals.

"Volcker said the integrity of the probe into the $64 billion Oil-for-Food program was at stake and lives may be in jeopardy if details of the investigation are leaked."

Obviously, Volcker is aware of the kind of people that were handling the Oil-for-Food Scam if he is concerned about lives being in danger. Volcker has obviously sold out the US.

This judge must be defied by Congress.

Separation of powers.

Period.

The headline is pure crap if the article is correct. The issue is
On Aug. 18, Parton signed an agreement with the United Nations that included a clause prohibiting him from communicating with the media or with any government about material that the committee had not made public.

The man has a nondisclosure contract that he wants to violate. I don't see the sovereignty issue.

A ten-say TRO is hardly precedent setting and is pretty much unenforcable. Heck, it'll take that long just for the parties to respond. The judge's order is meaningless.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BOYS AND GIRLS, DOGS AND CATS . . .

THIS
IS
THE
REASON,
THE
MAIN REASON
THAT
WE
HAVE
SUCH A HUGE
AND FIERCE
FIGHT
IN
THE
PUPPET MASTER
STOOGE
INFESTED
U.S. SENATE
OVER JUDGES.

Sure there's greed, lust for power, raging socialist power mongering winding the individuals up. But the marching orders MUST have come down from on high to insure the demise of our form of government and our way of life AT LEAST THROUGH

THE COURTS

as preliminary ground work for the rest of the criminal globalists' actions.

Flame away if you wish. I'll just consider you unread, uninformed and ignorant.

The most we can do is retard their efforts, and we should.

But the more damaging actions we can take against their schemes is to insure we have a strong relationship with God; are relating to those around us according to His priorities and are praying and possibly fasting in behalf of His Kingdom. He is the only hope of all individuals and of our nation's remnants surviving the coming more orvert dying grasping, gasping struggles of evil against God.

Evil actions on all individuals' parts contribute to the degree and speed of the puppet masters' conquest of the world. They give the supreme puppet master behind the globalist cabal--satan-greater power.

Pray folks. And do the right thing--especially with those closest in your network.

I hope that in addition to the ignorant flamers, this post triggers at least some brave souls to note the validity of such postulations--if not in the thread, then please by FREEPMAIL.

God be with all who call on Him.

Bottom line: Court authority seems to be trumping both the Executive Branch and Congressional authority in the Constitutional balance between the three branches of government.

"Seems to be" is the operative phrase. Court authority only trumps Congressional authority if weak-kneed Congressional leaders allow it. I do not believe that Henry Hyde is weak-kneed. I suspect that Hyde has been copying and distributing Parton's papers all week. At least I certainly hope he has. I mean, duh.... why wouldn't he? Hyde is NOT a spineless milquetoast - - I just know it.

Plus, Hyde surely knows better than to return the papers to Volcker. The only reason Volcker wants them back is so that he knows what Hyde has. Volcker needs to know this so he knows how to lie.

Judges don't determine the soverignty of this nation. Men with guns do that.

The UN only uses their guns against unarmed women and children for sexual adventures.

Our people and I would hope our generals, would never stand for such a thing as UN control.

I hope so anyway.

What jurisdiction does Congress have over a foreign entity?

Does Congress have a authority to access the info of internal investigation of a foreign entity?

If criminal acts have been committed on US soil why aren't the police involved? Does the UN have diplomatic immunity?

Does the UN have foreign sovereignty?

This should be interesting regardless of the outcome.

Allow me to further put this latest exercise in subservience to the New World Order agenda in perspective:

U.S. JUDGE PRESIDENT SETS PRECEDENT FOR UNITED NATIONS MEXICAN SOVEREIGNTY OVER AMERICA

Read that and weep.
