The liberals in the House and especially the senate have been trying to strip the Presidency of power for years.

Not only that, they have consistently abdicated their responsibility by allowing judges to create law from the bench.

Democrats have been trying to play the game that the balance of power and the checks and balances applies between political parties and not the branches of government.

Considering the fact that the dems are blocking and holding up nearly everything the President is trying to do, is there something in the Constitution because of this fact, that the President can by pass the Senate????
