What you say is true, but what I can't grasp is HOW and WHY this is happening! How can this be allowed without law enforcement storming the schools? Without Governors mandating it stop??

It will continue until parents start suing every school district it comes to. They are endangering the children's lives and denying them the first amendment rights guaranteed them by the Constitution!
