Bercovitch told the jury the students had ignored an earlier order from Assistant Superintendent Ed Torti to leave the school grounds, and they did not, which required the police to be called.
The cops didn't just arbitrarily decide to tell the kids to leave. They were responding to a complaint from the assistant principal. It's a liability issue. If any of the kids had been injured because the cops let them stay, "Princess" would be screaming the cop wasn't insistent enough when he told them to leave. Besides, should someone who looks like this, be called Princess?

She looks like a two-bit hooker...or a pop star. Same thing.

(They're undocumented Border Patrol agents, not vigilantes.)

So your position is you think this case was well handled? The cop did a good job, and is effectively working in the best interests of the community to arrest snow fort builders, and get the case all the way to trial?
This case is a joke. And your making fun of someone does not help it.

Whoa...that' s a bit harsh my friend...that's def. a bad picture of her. I believe a person shouldn't really speak unless they really understand what they are reading...It wasn't the assistant principal and it was not a liability issue. The cop wasn't there to protect us, the assistant of grounds and maintenance (head of janitors), calls the school resource officer, that officer calls smith...smith never got the note that we were in a hazardous situation...(it was pretty safe any how.
