It's an excellent book, which I highly recommend to any
serious investor. Day traders and get-rich-quick-schemers wouldn't get much out of it.

For years there have been two books I recommend to people to learn about investing, Stocks for the Long Run and Winning the Loser's Game by Charles Ellis. The chart about $1 invested in different investments since 1802 is worth more than the price of the book alone.
