ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. A University of New Mexico Chicano Studies professor predicts a new, sovereign Hispanic nation within the century, taking in the Southwest and several northern states of Mexico. The precedent for that is called "Kosovo". And, unless the United States repudiates that precedent and somehow sees to it that Kosovo is returned to its rightful owners (i.e. Serbia), then you can count on this "Chicano" wet dream of taking over Texas and California coming to pass.

Sorry, but gross stupidity, spouting rubbish, demonstrating ignorance, and lacking sanity do not constitute treason. Treason requires giving aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States (no enemy mentioned; regular criminals don't count, and Mexico is an ally) or levying war against the States (sorry, but this is nothing more than a pipe dream, I see no overt acts beyond general lunacy). And New Mexico has been largely Hispanic since we bought it in 1848.
