The garbage man did it?

Doesn't quite have the same ring. They sure she didn't have a butler?

This is going to be the next big civil rights/privacy issue. They collected DNA swabs from all the men in the city. Now that the case is solved, they're supposed to destroy all the swabs.

We can't risk putting the wrong person to death, unless they are a helpless invalid or late term unborn person.

The two mothers of his several kids say he couldn't have done it---he's a nice guy.

Of course he's been taken to court by one of them for child support and making threats.

His current girlfriend says he didn't do it either---a nice guy.

Hysterical.

Beats me but, knowing Provincetown,it's a very important job.

Other than the "gay industry" there is not much there except for awesome beaches.

Why would this guy give his DNA if he knew he was guilty? Don't you think he's going to say: I had sex with her, but didn't kill her? And why didn't he just GET OUT OF TOWN? I mean, it took them three years to start asking for DNA, if I'd've killled that woman, I'd've been long gone by that time.

It's a very tragic story, but I think they are going to have a tough time proving the charges. I saw this as a problem from the start of this "volutary" DNA thing in this case.
