[history]
WASHINGTON Capitol Police tackled a man Monday afternoon who had been standing near the west front of the U.S. Capitol Building () after he refused to move away from two bags authorities feared may contain explosives.
The unidentified man stood with his back to police officers as they approached him. Apparently not responding to requests to cooperate, the officers ran up to tackle him and then carried him away.
Some spectators applauded as police dragged the man away.

LOL, I know. One of their reporters is about to be arrested for being in the wrong place in the Capitol, a man is threatening to blow himself up there, and they give the gong for an 'important' witness in the MJ trial.
