This guy isn't going to do any time. The judge let him out ROR. I think that the key line in the story is this: "based on allegations by the girl that he raped and molested her several times since 2001.... I'll bet that his defense will be some sort of PTSD. He might have to do some time in a psych hosp but no jail time.

Unfortunately, I think you may be right. Sometimes I think our judicial system needs a major overhaul.
