True Story -- the genius city council in Euclid, Ohio years ago decided that since natural gas companies add an odor-producing gas so that people can detect a leak, the Perry Nucular Plant located East of Euclid (downwind - but that is only minor stupidity) needed to add something to radiation emissions so that people could smell something if their was a major leak of radioactive emission!!!! (world-class stupidity and ignorance on so many levels).
Euclid now has some large financial problems. Stupidity runs through the veins of politicians on every subject including accounting.
