Maybe the serfs who get thrown from their property can be declared "misfits" and forced to build the parking lots at gulag prices.

The article is spot on except for the above comment. NYC routinely receives an influx of 100's of thousands on any given week day. There is no reason why a surge of 75K on 8 Sundays per year should be any big deal, particulary since a certain # of them are already going to be city dwellers, bringing the real influx into the city on game day to well below 75K people.
