Once again the opinion is short-sighted and biased.

The true crime of this situation is there was only one court that established the "fact" that Terri wanted to die.

It is a travesty.

I wonder if the judge or any of those involved or those who wanted Terri to starve to death would be willing to stake their child's life on the "fact" that she wanted to be starved to death.

Are they really that 100% sure? If you are not, err on the side of life.
