I used to ignore the doomsday clubbers, but recently I'm starting to wonder if we're going to keep the republic.

I wonder that myself. They moved in like the thief in the night and I'm not sure if we can ever regain the ground that we lost while we slept. :(

That unbelievably arrogant statement jumped off the page at me too.

I guess "Equality Maine" doesn't get the "one person, one vote" equality thingy.

Baldacci may have overplayed his hand on this one.
