"We would have preferred a different decision from the courts ... but ultimately we have to follow our laws and abide by the courts," McClellan said. That's a non-sequitar. Delay isn't talking about anything that doesn't follow the law.
Muffled acquiesence on the part of the Bush administration's spokesman.

Delay should push for the de Novo review.
Then impeach every judge that touched this case.

Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., said DeLay should make sure that people know he is not advocating violence against judges. Violence against judges? Who in the world raised that issue? Oh yeah, Ted Kennedy just did.

Tom Delay's STATEMENT........
"Mrs. Schiavo's death is a moral poverty and a legal tragedy. This loss happened because our legal system did not protect the people who need protection most, and that will change. The time will come for the men responsible for this to answer for their behavior, but not today. Today we grieve, we pray, and we hope to God this fate never befalls another. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Schindlers and with Terri Schiavo's friends in this time of deep sorrow." Only in TED KENNEDY's world and that of the AP could this statement be construed as a calling for VIOLENCE against Judges.
Leftists and leftist organizations are very sick puppies.......

Tom DeLay on Thursday blamed Terri Schiavo's death on what he contended was a failed legal system Which, by the way, includes the legislature.

But a leading Democratic senator said DeLay's comments were "irresponsible and reprehensible." Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., said DeLay should make sure that people know he is not advocating violence against judges. The only thing "irresponsible and reprehensible" is that porker, Ted Kennedy. I hope that DeLay follows through on this. We need to get rid of those who legislate from the bench. I received a petition via e-mail yesterday that was to impeach Judge Greer, and when I signed it, there were already 33K signatures.

White House spokesman Scott McClellan refused to join DeLay in criticizing the courts. "We would have preferred a different decision from the courts ... but ultimately we have to follow our laws and abide by the courts," McClellan said. Says the fat, feckless man with no penis.

Wait a minute here. The liberals have a point. Bush signed a bill in Texas allowing the decision to pull the plug to be more streamlined, and allegedly gives the state a say when an indigent family disagrees! Also, DeLay's family pulled the plug on dad. I am curious as to whether or not that has been discussed here, or Bob Schindler making the same decision for his own mom. Sometimes it has to be done.
I have a question for those who don't think we should have government funding of health care for the indigent--should poor people be allowed to die or will you pay for it? There is a good question for conservatives that needs to be answered.

Start with Greer and work up the chain.
Yes I know Greer is not a federal judge, but he CAN be impeached in the Florida legislature.

The best thing would be to pass some well-pointed legislation. For example, a law that takes away spousal rights to life-and-death choices when one is living in a
Persistant Bigamous State. It makes me crazy that this wasn't passed before Terri died.
