You never know until you try. At the very least let's haul them before the judiciary committee and make them sweat under oath.
That would go like this...
Congressman: How come you decided that kids can't be executed?
Judge:Because I think it's 'Cruel and Unusual Punishment'
Congressman: I disagree
Judge: I'm sorry to hear that.
The whole spectacle would politically cost us dearly. Not to mention that it would never get out of the house. You would have to have Democrats voting for it!

Just wondering what the difference is. Not saying that there isn't, but I'm interested in hearing why.
You're kidding? Okay, if you are disconnected from one, you will pretty much immediately drop dead. If you are disconnected from the other, it takes you 10-14 days and you will die a painful death from dehydration and starvation. Kind of like setting a baby in a crib and just walking away.
That clear it up for you?

If you are going to remove the tube, why not give them an injection that immediately kills them since that is the result anyway. Why make them suffer for two weeks? Just so you can say you didn't kill them, and that they died by them selves?
Cruel and Unusual!!!

Judge Greer does not have to be impeached by U.S. Congress. He is a state judge and therefore would be impeached by the FL. State Legislature.
Until we impeach a few of the worst offenders, they will do nothing but grab more and more power for themselves and make ever more incomprehensible rulings.
We have to make examples of a few so the others get the message.

My point is that you can not impeach a Judge for what amounts to a Liberal interpretation of the Constitution anymore then you can impeach a Judge for a Conservative one. It would never get anywhere. You think Democrats are going to vote to impeach? That's what you'd need to get it off the ground. We would make fools of ourselves if we even tried it. The answer is to appoint better Judges.

O.K. But you can't do that if the Dems are allowed to do this fake filibuster. We need to apply the "Constitutional option" and get ir done!!

There I agree. That's both legal and feasible.
