then he uses the H-1B visa program to hire Indians from

These Indians from India may not have the proper training or
credentials for a position. This manager may misrepresent
the credentials of a person who comes to the United States
using an H-1B visa. The person who applies for an H-1B
visa can easily misrepresent his training and credentials.
Appropriate credentials and training are not properly
monitored by the United States government. A terrorist
can easily misrepresent his training and credentials
and gain entry into the United States using an H-1B visa.
India has a large number of Muslims who may be sympathetic
to Al Qaeda and other terrorist organizations.
India was once ruled by Muslims. The temple Taj Mahal in
India was built by Muslims.
