It's not possible for a human to be any lower than this.
Dont worry ..NJ will never execute him..I'll have to pay for his room and board for the next 35 years like I do for dozens of other scumbags in jail here in NJ.
Oh yes there is ....there'll be thousands of incidents around the world in the time it took me to type this response. Until draconian punishment is imposed upon this trash it'll keep coming to a neighborhood near us all.......hopefully ya'll are proactive vs reactive to crime.
