THis man has no conscious, and some would consider him a sociopath. IN his disfunctional mind he's never going to get it.
He's a classic sociopath. If he hadn't worn a badge, all of his activities would be considered criminal con games. No wonder he and Rudy hit it off. It's an outrage how these two co-opted the President.
