Milwaukee County certified its election results in the 2004 presidential race without reviewing key documents required under state law to verify the vote count in the city of Milwaukee, the state's top election official said Thursday.

I was born and raised in the Bridgeport community in Chicago (home of how many Chicago mayors?), turned Republican after 4 years in the U.S. Army, and yet I'm sure that the old 11th Ward politicians ( probably even the current) would have done a much job of covering up this mess. Pure amateurism.
