What sort of conspiracy are you implying? Look, over the past fifteen or so years doctor after doctor has examined her EEGs, CAT scans etc. and concluded that the woman does not have a cerebrum. Here's an example news story I googled:

Please back up your apparent assertion that the woman still possesses a cerebrum. And that goes for everyone saying "She can blink, so she's alive and thinking." If you think the portion of the medical community involved in this case is conspiring to falsify or outrageously misinterpret brain activity scans, please elaborate in detail.
