I know a black woman who left her family in Detroit (just last year) and moved to Lansing because of the guns being taken to school and shootings in her neighborhood. Her child is 13. Just what is the general public to do when the City cannot get control. Money is not the answer. Why are there not large predominately white cities in the same shape?
