They will not deal with that problem and until they do no one is going to move there.

Unless the attitude of the current residents changes, there is no hope. It was big news yesterday that the major crimes commited in detroit is at it,s lowest since 1963. However, there are less than half as many people living there now then there was in 1963. If the people of detroit do not throw out the current regime ( all of them ) and cutback on unneccecary services, and start to concentrate on the neighborhoods, then they are only reaping what they have sown.
