We fought a world war to stop the mentality of state sanctioned euthanasia of the helpless. We don't have the right to decide who gets to live or die. We're a better country cause we haven't gone all the way down the slippery slope yet. For all our sakes, let's see we don't go there - for Terri Schiavo's sake and for ours as well. Let's reaffirm the old-fashioned belief in the sanctity of human life.

Does the media work for the government or is it the other way around? Think Christopher Reeves and Clint Eastwood.

It's the culture of death coming out against the culture of life.
The culture of death has been getting more and more bolder as humanism has spread through movies and tv.

Excellent article. Thanks for posting it. I listened in to Simpson's program the day she interviewed the co-editors of The Empire Journal., and Barbara was noticably angry at the outrageous decisions of George Greer. I've been waiting to hear more from Simpson regarding Terri's inhumane treatment and here you've provided it.

Perfect article! Copies should be handed out to Everyone in the media, the US and Florida legislatures.

Perhaps someone in the FL Legislature could pay "judge" Greer a visit and read this article to him (He can't read it himself- he's legally blind. Maybe they can ask him how he can ignore the fact that he was in error when he threw out the statement of Terri's friend. She said Terri thought Karen Ann Quinlan should NOT have been disconnected from a Vent. disputing her HINO's claim that Terrie wanted to be euthanized by starvation. The judge was wrong. How can he allow Terri to be starved to death in the face of the conflicts and other problems?

They did not offer their sacrifices so that we could start our own T-4 Euthanasia Program.
