I'd bet if he gets his way to legally murder her, her body will be CREMATED asap and he'll still be saying his wife would want to be cremated.

BTW, quite a while back Gloria Allred spoke in favor of those who wanted to keep Terri alive (might have been Greta's show) and said some wanted to remove the feeding tube of her father(?) removed and she opposed it and wouldn't allow it.
Remember, 65 percent supported George W. Greer just seven months ago in his reelection bid. Many in that part of FL are onto the euthanasia bandwagon. Apparently quite a few even admire MRS for being so forceful in his battle to "let Terri die with dignity." It is hard to believe that someone could buy that line, but apparently many do! I would imagine that 10,000 people there are also afraid of what Greer would do to them if he caught them demonstrating outside his mansion.
Do you mean that we have tried and convicted Schiavo like he and the judge have tried and convicted Terri? I would think that any judge would err on the side of life barring any written evidence to the contrary. Perhaps we are giving Schiavo exactly the same "benefit of the doubt" that he and the judge are giving Terri for the obvious reasons. Since Terri is not dying of cancer or any other terminal disease, your suggestion that any of us who face the situation of making a determination with a dying loved one on life support is NOT comparable. It is NOT Terri's age that bothers us. She is NOT terminal, perhaps could be returned to eating and drinking on her own without the tube IF the judge or her husband would permit any kind of rehab for her. That is what bothers us. This is judicial murder in a manner that would draw a jail sentence for someone who did this to an animal.
I was/am 100% CERTAIN that two-timing-father-of-two-BASTARD-CHILDREN-possible-BOTCHED-ATTEMPTED-MURDERER-not-legally-qualified-guardian-husband Michael would NOT take the $1 Million!
Bottom Line---Michael would rather give up THAT money than be INDICTED, CONVICTED and EXECUTED for REPEATED BOTCHED ATTEMPTED MURDER!!!!!
The INSURANCE money he almost certainly stands to gain from Terri's murder is just a "bonus!"
Gloria is a liberal, that is for sure, but when it comes to certain issues like this she is a bit more Conservative. I have watched a lot of Gloria Allred these past few years and I have to tell you, if I ever needed a victims advocate attorney she is who I'd hire!!

If Schiavo and this whacky judge get their way and Terri is in fact killed, I would hope that the doctor who signs her death certificate is honest and lists the cause of death as you suggested, 'starvation - ordered by 6th Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer as requested by estranged husband Michael Schiavo.'
Maybe, when the legal community and the political community get their heads screwed on the right way, these two could be charged with murder?
Why did he turn down the $10 Million? (I really think there was no such offer) He cannot allow Terri to start talking - EVER - because he might go to jail for attempting to kill her and using all of her rehab money to pay Felos, buy a home (in Jodi's name) and purchase his Mercedes.
Would he have gotten that big a percentage of the vote if he hadn't cheated, or if his opponent hadn't felt obliged to play by the rules? And what portion of judges up for reelection get under 70% anyway?
You are so right. Never thought that if Terri was able to talk and was examined, Judge Greer would be on the "hot" seat along with Felos and company.
That makes it much clearer to me - why Greer is being so obnoxious!
Is it technically euthanisia if you disconnect artifical life support? I certainly consider it to be euthanisia if one injects a lethal dose of morphine, etc.
One never knows until one is in that situation, but I THINK I would NOT want to be kept alive by artificial means, especially if there was no hope of getting better.
Having said that, I do think her husband is scum.
