China has the ability to "motivate" North Korea to abandon its nuclear weapons -- if it chooses to do so.
So the question is: How do we motivate China to do so?
I wonder how China would react to a statement by Japan that a nuclear-armed North Korea REQUIRES Japan to purchase and deploy its own nuclear weapons ASAP.
