Michael Schiavo and his lawyers are claiming that Terri Schiavo's life is not worth living. Her "quality of life" is just too poor - at least by their standards. Therefore, she must die.

He didn't mention Michael's claim that this is what his wife wanted.

Hearsay. And perjury because he had previously testified to the contrary. "I'm going to take care of Terri for the rest of her life," boo-hoo.

Exactly. You make an excellent point. It is Just Michael's Claim.

No proof, no record of Terri ever suggesting she would rather be painfully starved to death - instead of being in the xcellent care of her parents.
