....Moore's former manager Douglas Urbanski, a critically acclaimed 25-year veteran of the entertainment industry most recently known for the movie "The Contender," starring Gary Oldman, Joan Allen and Jeff Bridges.

'The Contender' was arguably the most disgusting piece of left-wing propaganda produced by Hollywood prior to 'Fahrenheit 9/11'. Maybe that's why Urbanski is miffed at Moore.

To be fair, The Contender was made by an American indie company and foriegn money. No Hollywood studio wanted anything to do with it.

I'd be a little leery of relying on Mr. Urbanski's credibility. Gary Oldham, who is conservative himself, was led to believe that the character he would play in "The Contender" would be a sympathetically drawn conservative congressman. It was, I've read, one of the major reasons he signed on. I also read he was none too happy with what Urbanski did to his character during the shoot.
