When the robber's family sues for mental anquish etc. you will find out that Mareno was a former honor student who taught Sunday School classes and worked 2 jobs to pay for toys for tots. This makes 7 robbers killed in Charlotte in the last two years. I posted the 6th last week. No chargers filed in any of them. All justified including one that returned fire tried to run and was shot in the back. It use to be dangerous to work at these stores now its much more dangerous to try to rob one.
