ANSWER has decided to avoid DC Chapter by cancelling their DC plans and going to see you. Some DC Chapter FReepers will join you to FReep them in hopes that ANSWER will go further from DC by swimming to Cuba.

ANSWER, like DC's local anti-war group, DAWN, as well as Code Pink and United for Peace and Justice, are all emphasizing Fayetteville. It's the big show again.

Please let me know if you start a thread about the counter-protest so that I may link it here.

Above, I've linked the earlier thread based on the Fayetteville Observer article. (I notice that article failed to mention our counter-protest. You might want to consider contacting that report with a press release and any news reports about our counter-protest last year.)

Love your comments about avoiding DC this time!

I had thought about a trip to DC starting on the 18th...stopping in Charlotte. Maybe I can work it all out!

Thanks for the information about all the areas...I could go to Orlando if not traveling north.
