Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I even listen on Christian radio for updates...nothing, they are only more concern with money,send donations,party,some do talk about God's words, but with 6 days left, MY God, why have they turned there backs on this poor women, and with 13 days til Good Friday and 15 days til Easter SUNDAY, they are like Rush...only concerned about $$$$.....

There is nothing complicated about running an IV. It has electrolytes. The out of balance electrolytes causes all sorts of painful problems. I agree with making people comfortable with narcotics. Dehydrating them - NO. God knows when to stop a beating heart.
I wrote to them too. Sad that there is so little comprehension out there regarding the impact of this life and death story.

Has anyone come forward and said that he regrets having voted for George W. Greer on Aug. 31, 2004? I get the impression that Greer is gaining in voter support in that Scientology stronghold.

Are the Schullers conservative? I recall that the senior Schuller was a close friend of Hubert Horatio Humphrey, Jr., but I believe that if HHH were still living, he would side with saving Terri.

Well Republic, I have my qualms about posting this. We are just a week away though. This should be bothersome because it is going to happen unless a miracle happens. If it is censored, we know why.

They may have nosebleeds because of the drying of the mucus membranes, and heaving and vomiting might ensue because of the drying out of the stomach lining. They feel the pangs of hunger and thirst. Imagine going one day without a glass of water! Death by dehydration takes ten to fourteen days. It is an extremely agonizing death.

CLEARWATER - Medical tests indicate Lisa McPherson was without fluids for at least five to 10 days of her stay at the Church of Scientology's world spiritual headquarters.
Pinellas-Pasco Medical Examiner Joan Wood said it's possible McPherson, who died in December 1995, had nothing to drink throughout her 17-day stay at the Fort Harrison Hotel.
Wood said Wednesday the insect bites found on McPherson's body after her death were most likely from cockroaches. In addition, Wood said McPherson was comatose for the last 24 to 48 hours of her life.
I still cannot understand how Pinellas voters tolerate George W. Greer remaining on any bench??? The man has shown the world that the voters in Pinellas may be lacking something if he is all they can find to be a probate judge.

I've been 1-2 days behind in following this thread, so sorry if you have this info already. I don't have that transcript, but I had saved this post from Oct 2003:
Following the money
The jury responded to his protestations of love and awarded $1.2 million to Terri for her medical and nursing expenses and $630,000 to Schiavo for loss of spouse. She also received a further $250,000 settlement in a case filed on her behalf against another doctor. After the attorneys received their cut, Terri was left with $700,000 and Schiavo with $300,000. Her share of the settlement was placed in a trust fund and invested in blue chip stocks, U.S. Treasury bonds and a money market account. It was to be managed by a bank and guarded by the court. In April 1993 her assets were valued at $776,254.
Her trust fund remained relatively intact until 1997, when Schiavo hired Felos and others began - with court approval - to dip into Terri's trust fund. Most of it went for legal costs.
According to the St. Petersburg Times, which investigated the matter in June 2001, by April 1998, her money was down to $713,825.
At Schiavo's request, Greer ordered all financial billings sealed, but payments are public record. The SP Times estimated that almost half the trust fund was gone, with only $350,000 remaining.
Greer later approved a payment of $45,007 to Felos, covering a five-month period ending February 2002. Including that payment, Felos had by February 2002, billed for $352,211 from Terri's fund. Other lawyers, too, helped drain the account - in particular, Deborah Bushnell, who received just under $50,000 between September 1993 and September 2001.
It's not certain how much of the money intended for Terri's rehabilitation remains. Felos told the Philadelphia Intelligencer that a few months ago only $50,000 was left. He said the money ran out last July and he hasn't been paid since. Terri's medical care at the Woodside Facility is now paid for with federal tax dollars through Medicaid, he said.
Court records show Felos' fees came to about $400,000, according to the Philadelphia Intelligencer.

Then in the Bay News story Today Feloser said "Attorney Chamberlain approved Terri's Medicaid Application and she qualified." I guess HE can't keep his stories straight. So when did Chamberlain sign these papers? I need to get boots it is gettin deep!
