TERRI SCHIAVO MARCH 2005 DAILIES Fla's Til of the Hun Sets March Date to Starve Terri
Terri's Fight, The Empire Journal, World Net Daily, Life News ^ | February 28, 2005 | floriduh voter

Terri's Freepers,

Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.

3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Terri's family is grateful to you and all of your prayers are being heard by the Giver of Life.

This is Terri's Fight and the battle is enjoined. JOIN US TO SAVE TERRI FROM FORCES THAT HAVE BUT ONE GOAL THAT IS AGAINST EVERYTHING AMERICAN.

GUIDELINES: If you want to start frivolous discussions, please start your own thread in chat.

If you like something from www.theempirejournal.com, please do not post the entire article at Free Republic. Unless I hear otherwise, I believe that we are allowed to post the title and link. If HINO refuses the offer, I'm thinking the SPINNERS OF BS, will say Michael Schiavo, isn't in this for the money.

Which IS totally BS, since no one will ever know the total amount of money HINO will reap upon Terri's death.

I scanned, and I do mean scanned, it. What do you think about the parts that mention court hearings and court orders involved in a protective custody process? This seems to envision the DCF and a court working in tandem to carry this out. Do you read it that way? What court? If it is Greer or one of his close buds, this protective custody procedure is doomed. Why go round and round only to end up in the same place? Greer is demon-inspired to pull her tube out and commence starvation on the 18th. That is abuse right there. But then he gets to rule on the efficacy of an abuse investigation? Surely not.

In this article Greer says the media has access to all the court documents....can we get the info as to what was said when Gibbs and everyone else but Felos and DCF were allowed to remain for conversation?

Schindler Family Calls for Judge's 'Immediate Impeachment'

By Melanie Hunter
CNSNews.com Deputy Managing Editor
March 10, 2005

(CNSNews.com) - A spokesman for the family of Terri Schindler Schiavo said Thursday the Florida judge residing over her case "ignores the state's laws and orders the premeditated killing of a disabled Florida woman by her husband."

Pamela Hennessy, media director for the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation, in a press release Thursday called on disability and eldercare advocates to press for Circuit Judge George Greer's "immediate impeachment."

"If there is a single person following this who doesn't believe Judge Greer has legislated from the bench, trampled Florida's laws and deprived Terri Schiavo of her retained rights, they are simply not paying attention," Hennessy said in a statement.

According to the foundation's press release, on Tuesday and Wednesday Greer issued three orders that the foundation said all but assures Schiavo's death. First, Greer ordered that the family may not introduce oral nutrition and hydration following the removal of Terri's gastric feeding tube.

The foundation pointed out that Florida Statute 744.3215 (Rights of Persons Determined Incapacitated) requires that incapacitated people cannot be deprived of food and water.

"Ordering that Terri Schiavo may not receive nutrition or hydration naturally is against the law, in the opinion of the Foundation," it said in a statement.

Second, according to the foundation, Greer ruled that no further neurological tests may be conducted on Terri, using functional MRI to determine if she is in a "persistent vegetative state," as Greer found in 2002, or if Terri is "minimally conscious."

The foundation pointed out that Florida Statute 765.404, which defines persistent vegetative state, requires that the condition be determined and diagnosed as permanent prior to the withdrawal of life-prolonging means. Also, Florida Statute 765.309 prevents mercy killing and assisted suicide.

The foundation unless the "true neurological condition of Terri Schiavo" is determined prior to the removal of the feeding tube, Greer's order amounts to "a directive for her guardian to commit either a mercy killing or assisted suicide."

And third, "Greer denied an order from a judgment based on his error in dismissing pertinent testimony in 2000 that would assist the court in determining Terri Schiavo's true end of life wishes," the foundation added.

It pointed to Florida Statute 765.404, which says clear and convincing evidence of the ward's intent for medical treatment must be established.

"The only evidence in support of removing Terri's feeding tube was the self-serving hearsay testimony of her guardian (which is not admissible under FS 90.602) and hearsay from two members of his immediate family," the foundation said.

"Greer systematically ruled that testimony from Terri's friends and family was unreliable or not credible. His failure to consider all evidence of Terri Schiavo's attitude towards life-prolonging measures, in the Foundation's opinion, is a clear violation of Florida Statutes," it concluded.

Now's the time to ask again regarding this:

>>>>Someone posted a few days ago something about there only being $60,000 left, and that figure is the amount that a spouse is allowed to keep while medicaid/medicare picks up the bills.<<<<

The attorney from hell held a press conference sometime in 2003 where he announced that Michael had only X number of dollars left and that he had petitioned the court to place Terri on Medicare(caid) and that the petition was granted. Anyone have a transcript?

If anyone can make it to the Committee meeting, they should sign the request to speak form located in the foyer outside the committee meeting room. The person could then address the committee with their views, they could say I support HB 701 and waive their time, they could check the box on the form that they do not wish to speak but that they support the bill. Several of us did this yesterday. There were others there that support Terri, but how would anyone know since they didn't sign the request to speak form.

A couple of weeks ago I was at a meeting with Rep. Baxley as one of the speakers. He said that the legislators have a simple formula they use when people conract the. When a legislator gets an email, it represents 10 of his/her constituents. When (s)he gets a phone call, it represents 50 of his/her constituents. If (s)he gets a letter, it represents 100 constituents. BUT, if (s)he gets a visit, it represents 1,000 of his/her constituents.

. The House Judiciary Committee will consider this bill Monday March 13th, 3:30 to 5:00 PM in Morris Hall.

I don't know if you have this yet, but here is HB 701 with the ammendments

I know. But I was merely asking tutstar a question, because I do not know if my scanning was accurate as to what this law of investigation and protective custody is really all about. I just noticed a court order was mentioned, and a court hearing, etc. in conjunction with the protective custody being carried out. I had not heard about or read that before. But I didn't mean to draw hard conclusions too quickly. That is why I asked tutstar for an opinion.

Not all that impressive, given that he cheated.

I'm about to get off for the night, don't feel good.

Yes it talks about working with the court...I think the part we need to pay attention to is the emergency protective action.
You can't just refuse to cooperate with DCF.

Maybe someone else can help before tomorrow.

Night all....

Your question reminded me of this--

on the record w/greta
February 17, 2005

"FELOS: Well, as soon as the mandate is issued and he's legally authorized to do so, he will carry out the court's order. And you have to remember, Greta, it's not discretionary on his part. That is, it's a mandatory injunction, and whether Mr. Schiavo is Terri's guardian or someone else, the guardian would have to remove the feeding tube.

VAN SUSTEREN: My understanding, though, is they'll lift the stay and he can do what he wants. He can either remove it or not remove it, right?

FELOS: No. No. If they lift the stay, he must remove it. That's the command of the court."

John Mark Reynolds filled in for Hugh Hewitt, and apparently
did his WHOLE show on Terri Schiavo!

Do some searching and you might be able to catch it on the repeat.
