Sunday's NY Post Weddings section has an announcement of the wedding of Alexandra Polier, the reported mistress of John F. Kerry, who fled to Africa during the campaign to avoid the media. Nice pic of the happy couple...

Click
here, but you have to scroll through several announcements. I couldn't grab theirs, because it's all under the same URL...beyond my woeful technical abilities..perhaps someone can do it...thanks..
BTW..it's the NY Post's "weddings" section..NOT the NY Times, or the WP..hmmm?

I enjoy that wedding page every Sunday.
What in the world was that girl thinking when she began her wedding story with the fact that she had been accused of having an affair with John Kerry?
Bid for attention
Poking Kerry in the eye?
One the strangest wedding announcement ever.....IMO.

She looks kinda manly in that picture. Moreso than the groom to be.

She looks, IMHO, like one of Kerry's daughters...I forget which one is which..perhaps there's a Freudian link here?

Please, this isn't even their "real" wedding, they had a "quickie" civil ceremony first in NY so they could get in the society pages. She's wearing jeans.

She looks pretty butch in that picture.

If Drudge had it wrong, why did her father first say Kerry was a "scumbag" prior to endorsing Kerry?

'BZZZT' - wrong answer.
Correct answer is:
"This was one story hushed up by Heinz-Kerry $$$"
I'm still waiting for an explanation from SOMEbody about why one day, Alexandra's father described John F'in Kerry as a sleaze, then in a miraculous turnaround, said that he intended to vote for the J-FinK and had nothing but nice things to say about him.
Ah yes, money does talk indeed.

The first gal in the lot is the only one that we would allow in Texas....the rest would have to stay in NY and spend their lives sneaking up on a mirror..

And why did it take Kerry three days to deny the story?

Musta spent all their money on that 1.5 carat brilliant cut diamond engagement ring instead.

I woder if Jacob Biddle from the Biddle/Schadt wedding is related to Syney Biddle Barrows, the infamous "Mayflower Madam". There is a little family resemblance on his side, but Joan Schadt is a dead ringer for a younger Sydney...

I get nothing at your link except a large black box. However, I found this statement interesting:
Just married? We want to feature your wedding photo and love story in the city's most exciting new wedding pages, at no cost -- only in the New York Post.
The couple is frugal, it seems.
To: RVN Airplane Driver
I'd have to agree with your assessment but then again I've seen some of the heifers you guys call women! Pleeeaaassseee!
