Scalia "thinks there are no such thing as unenumerated rights in the Constitution which fundamentally alters the way in which you read the liberty clause of the 14th Amendment and a whole range of other things," the Delaware Democrat complained

Can someone please explain what Biden is talking about here?

AIK, he didn't elaborate, and Timmy didn't press for details - just took it for gospel.

Translation: "I'm running for President and I've got to do something to get press before Hillary sucks it all up."

Unenumerated rights are those rights which are found in the emanation of the penumbra of the Constitution. In other words, your rights are whatever the Supreme Court, at the time, says they are.

Scalia believes any power not expressley given to the Federal Gov. is reserved for the states. Biden knows this interpretation limits the reach of "Big Brother"

The 14th amendment arguments as liberals see it, I believe are based on the Ninth Amendment: The enumeration of the Constitution, of certain rights , shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people"Keep in mind that these rights must be acquired by legislative process and not activist judges, thus Scalia is much closer to Constitutional reality than whats his face.

Constitutional "rights" that are NOT in the U.S. Constitution. Biden wants judges who make up Constitutional rights from their feeble minds., ie abortion rights, animal right, ET rights, anything else you can think of ect...

He wants activist judges who can rule anything Constitutional.

Hey Joe Biden! You're the dumbest man in the Senate.
Additional 'Constitutional rights' are done by a legislative process, not by a judicial process. You dumbass.
