Not all Christians believe the Communion wafer is the actual body of Christ as Catholics do, so I'm not sure all would consider this blasphemy.

However it is insulting to the Christian faith.

But remember that leftist believe blaspheme is not only protected by the first amendment - it would be censorship to not use public funds to display the blaspheme (remember piss-Christ).

Maybe NBC can have a reality show where involving Christians and Lions next!

No, it is much more of an insult to a Catholic or Lutheran than it would be to one of a denomination who just views communion as a symbolic act. It is merely an insult to other Christians.

I don't find it offensive since I don't exalt Communion wafers.
