No word on tomorrow's classes. This just may have something to do with a valedictorian of theirs a few years back.

The snow storm in the D.C. area closed all the schools in the area today. The I.S.A is a few miles south of D.C.

There was snow early in the morning when we woke up.

Some of the teachers who have been a problem there did not get their visas renewed and had to leave I think.

It started in the morning and snowed all day. Didn't amount to much, but we were in our usual tizzy.

About 5 inches where I am, somewhat west of Fairfax. Been snowing since 6 AM, and it's only now letting up a bit.

Odd they didn't mention the snowstorm on the website.

For you DC folks, at least it'll melt quickly, as March begins next week and mild weather can't be far off.

I don't think its much more than 4-6. Its been constant but very fine snow. The roads started getting really bad around 1900. I don't know why they closed down earlier today but everything in Northern VA was pretty muched shutdown.

"The snow storm in the D.C. area closed all the schools in the area today."

Yes, that's what I was thinking. The kid called and said they were having a "snow day" at college today. My Jersey girl doesn't think much of you DC area folks winter storm stamina.
