I always did think it a good idea not to let the enemy know your plans, unlike how some of the stupid in this country think.

but says "all options are on the table"

The immediate policy is "no attack on IRan."

The ultimate interests of the US are "all options on the table."

This is political speak for "don't rule out an attack on Iran."

“It's in our interests for them not to have a nuclear weapon,” he said.

In the past, Bush was more resolute on the matter...

He is still resolute.

The mullahs are aware that W said removing an oppressive, terrorist sponsoring regime (Tali-ban) was in America's interest. The mullahs know that spreading democracy in the ME (Iraq) was in America's interest. The meaning of W's remark was not lost on the cave-hiding, no-indoor-plumbing-having, goat-buggering mullahs.

Iranians are not Arabs, they are not stupid. Iran is far from Israel. Turkey and Israel have issues. The USA just uses Israel and won't let the IAF fly over Iraq. So I don't see how the IAF can launch a massive sustained strike (which is what is needed) on Iran. Not with single engined F16Is as the distance makes a single engined heavily laden jet not all that reliable I'd think. That leaves the F15Is. There are only 24 of them. Not possible?
