Just a few facts:
Most of the people who died in the Trade Center had little to do with Wall Street. It should be noted that,the World Trade Center was jointly owned by the State of New Jersey and New York, hardly the center of Capitalism. There were quite a few municipal workers who died because the State of New York occupied allot of the buildings.
Admittedly, the student who attended Hamilton and was on O’Reilly, father was involved with finance. His father was a municipal bond broker’s broker. He sat three seats away from my uncle while they both worked at Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Capo traded municipal bonds. Municipal bonds like (for example) used to raise money for public housing for the poor and dorm rooms for college students in the US. By the way, none of the people at Canter Fitzgerald are allowed to use cell phones in their job. This has nothing to do with anything international. This Nutty professor should learn the facts. I’d like to ask him how he sees the tie between raising money for some public housing in a place like Brooklyn has anything to do with the Middle East. By the way one of the biggest investors in municipal bonds is Teresa Heinz Kerry.
I apologize if she is not using the last name Kerry anymore. Their calls had to be made on a land based phones in order that all trades be recorded to be recorded. I also sure that Mr. Churchill never heard of Canter Fitzgerald before 9/11.
By the way these people do not make big money in New York.
Churchill, some politically-correct professor who would bristle at the thought of being associated with apartheid, nonetheless uses apartheid-like reasoning to devalue the humanness of September 11’s dead.
So, according to Churchill, if someone worked in New York’s World Trade Center, it made them a "little Eichmann." Were the 500 foreign nationals from 91 countries who were incinerated on 9/11/01 “little Eichmanns?" How about the Dominican and Irish food service workers? What about the Jewish network technicians? How about the Muslim accountants? The Anglo-Saxon, Jewish, Presbyterian, Pakistani, Japanese, and Latino stock brokers? Were the brave firemen and policemen who sacrificed their lives to save others on 9/11 "Nazis?" What about the people who cleaned the toilets at the WTC? They were "Nazis?" The secretaries? The African-Americans?
I would ask Professor Churchill to please explain how 9/11 victims are categorized as sub-human "little Eichmanns." If a person is 1/8 stock broker, is he or she automatically marked for skyscraper death by jumbo-jet? South Africa’s apartheid laws had similar inanities that, while absolutely absurd, still held sway over a person’s life or death. How is Churchill’s current belief system different than Hitler’s, whom he criticizes? Hitler wanted to kill all the Jews, gays, and gypsies. Yet Churchill sees “justice” in Osama Bin Laden’s plan to rid the world of Jews, Christians, and Shiites.
Please just IGNORE HIM. If we had simply ignored this lunatic from the get-go, he would have been long forgotten by now. By giving this dim-witted liar a national forum, we only elevate his stature and invite similar losers to get easy press in the future.
