Bad move.
USMC routinely does most of the SF missions. In fact CA is a reserve mission. Few of the nine or so SF missions are not performed by Marines, such as SR and UW.
If they don't get the bonus, it will hurt retention.

"USMC routinely does most of the SF missions."I'm skeptical of this statement. The term "special forces mission" may be difficult to define, but I don't think USMC takes the brunt of it.
