It t'was the night before the election in the land of Iraq, but all through the eastern seaboard Democratic senator Edward Kennedy could be heard roaring, "President Bush your Iraq policies are a catastrophic failure." Over a scotch on the rocks, Kennedy demanded that the American troops immediately begin to withdraw. Kennedy then turned his head like a jerk, belched and declared, "We have no choice, but to make the best we can of the disaster weve created in Iraq." Thusly certain Democrats began to distance themselves from the swollen red-faced man when all of a sudden he fell from his barstool and made such a clatter. Then lying sprawled out on the floor, he laid a finger inside of his nose and declared that the retreat of American forces should be completed "as early as possible in 2006." Lastly, as the bloated old senator arose from his prostrate position and staggered towards the bar room door he, suggested that, in Iraq, American troops are a bigger problem than terrorists.
Once upon on a time there was a man named John Kerry, who wore a red cape with a hood, and served in Vietnam. He spent Christmas in Cambodia and voted for the 87 billion before he voted against it. With well thought out speeches and quotes, Kerry and his wife named Thresa, spoke to the hearts and souls of Americans as they tried to win back the White House from the big bad wolf
I mean the Republicans. Kerry and his good-looking southern haired boy Edwards took their liberally stuffed picnic baskets to Americas front porches during their campaign and we were feed pseudo pastries called, Bushs plan in Iraq was just another Vietnam. . . . .

This guy should try decaf before he writes.
Did you read the whole article? I liked it.
I happen to think Kerry would look sweeet in one of those lovely veils! (obvious sarc.)
"Speaking as a woman, who lives in a country where I am free to do as I please, the most momentous part of Iraqs Election Day for me was the fact that women who have been oppressed, tortured, raped, and MURDERED had a vote Sunday."
Um, dead people voting is not a good thing...
They are not so much anti-freedom as they are anti-Bush. Bush is pro-freedom, so being anti-Bush means they are anti-Freedom. For now. If a democrat president had the cojones to do what Bush has done, they would be pro-freedom. That's the thing about the democrats--there are no core values. One is for or against freedom depending upon which party holds the presidency. Of course, these are the same folks that say that a nine-month growth in a woman's womb is either a baby or some extraneous tissue, depending upon whether the mother "wants" it or not. Situational ethics, thy name is democrat.
Mamma T needs one!
I must disagree, you are wrong here. The Dems are very much anti-freedom and for the same reason the terrorists are. A free people cannot be easily controlled and the Dems want socialism, read communism, in this country. They want to control.
They don't hate freedom because Bush loves it, they hate Bush because not only does he love freedom he is giving it back to the US and spreading it to other countries.
Situational ethics, thy name is democrat.
Right. Fun Factoid: Did you know the Dims also invented the surgical procedure known as a frontal lobotomy? It's a big hit with the likes of Kennedy,Pelosi and Kerry! :)
It's a good article from the perspective of the Iraqi women. Where are our famed feminists on the issue of the oppression and now freedom of the Iraqi women? Nowhere; that's where.
The Hate-Speech Thought Police are alive and well.
Either way, the article reads like it was written by someone hyped up on too much caffine. The sentences and thought s were hord to follow and tended to make me think more of the fairy tail storis it suggested than the material at hand.
Okay, I have fat fingers. But I don't make a living from writing, either.
