Well, it doesn't make us as safe as executing the perps, but they seem to have a problem with that approach as well. You just can't please some people.

Notice how the left attaches industrial complex to things they want us to think of as evil.
Seems aimed at our prisons mainly. You know, the ones with cable tv and libraries. Not the ones in Turkey or Mexico or Saddams for that matter.
I guess it never occurred to these people that if people didn't commit crimes they wouldn't be in prison.
Oh that's right, people only commit crimes because of "the oppression of the MAN". /end sarcasm.
