It was only those who didn't work with computers who believed in the "paperless office" concept. Unfortunately, some of us have worked in places that didn't understand such a truth, and sanctioned those who would dare print out the 200+ page report with D-size plates, rather than read it on a CRT!

Scanning and imaging really helped with document storage. And online forms are great.

This article about Lord Disraeli is really good! I'm going to look for some of his books in the library later this week.
