A University of Colorado professor has sparked controversy in New York over an essay he wrote that maintains that people killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks were not innocent victims. . . .
Churchill's essay argues that the Sept. 11 attacks were in retaliation for the Iraqi children killed in a 1991 U.S. bombing raid and by economic sanctions imposed on Iraq by the United Nations following the Persian Gulf War.
The essay contends the hijackers who crashed airplanes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on Sept. 11 were "combat teams," not terrorists. . . .
"As for those in the World Trade Center," the essay said, "well, really, let's get a grip here, shall we? True enough, they were civilians of a sort. But innocent? Gimme a break."
The essay goes on to describe the victims as "little Eichmanns," referring to Adolph Eichmann, who executed Adolph Hitler's plan to exterminate Jews during World War II.

It remains to be seen whether or not this intellectual derelict will keep his job. I'm betting he does.

I want him and ilk to say plenty of stuff like this to Americans. The Left are full of idiots but they are also conservatives' best friends. I love Ward Churchill!

Well isn't he a progressive, groovy, cat. (sarcasm off) This is a relic of the 60's counterculture. The generation that did nothing, then ran out of idea's.

By this guy's own retarded logic, I can shoot him for offending me. In the end, it is an absolute shame that people like this are allowed to teach our kids. We don't allow KKK's or Nazi's to teach, why should a freak like this be allowed to teach? And it's hillarious how he invokes the Nazi's to make a point when he would have been a shining star in the Nazi party, given his idiotic justification of violence and murder. What a repugnant, sick moron.

Photo on the right was probably taken during his (failed) audition for "Thunderheart."
On second thought, maybe he was one of the armed Injuns on that hill at the end of the movie.
(I'm 1/16 Comanche, so I can say "Injuns.")

Keep his job? Hah! This is Boulder we're talking about here. He'll not only keep it, they may elect him mayor. Boulder is so far left that if Marx were to come back today and visit, he'd say "whoa, seriously dudes, chill out a little".

Churchill's essay argues that the Sept. 11 attacks were in retaliation for the Iraqi children killed in a 1991 U.S. bombing raid and by economic sanctions imposed on Iraq by the United Nations following the Persian Gulf War.
Then this was the declaration of War by Iraq and the Islamic hordes.
Any Democrat who says this war is unjustified needs to read this essay.
This line DEFINITIVELY makes a connection between Iraq, Al Qaeda, and 9-11.
This needs to be trumpeted from the rooftops.

A high quality copy of this picture needs to be blown up, put on a large sign, and then posted throughout the university campus, warning all those do-nothing liberals that they have a gun freak among them. Look! He's touching an ASSUALT WEAPON! Quick, quick, get him away, lest he goes postal and wipes them all out!
These wanna be revolutionaries shouldn't be allowed to even touch the grounds of a university campus, much less able to corrupt another generation with their dead end culture and beliefs. Not only does this man need to be fired, but so does everyone who wanted him there in the first place.

"Churchill's essay argues that the Sept. 11 attacks were in retaliation for the Iraqi children killed in a 1991 U.S. bombing raid and by economic sanctions imposed on Iraq by the United Nations following the Persian Gulf War." It would appear that the professor is convinced of a tie between Iraq and 9/11 then....

No PhD and where the hell is Sangaman State University? I want to know how this guy managed to become a full professor at a University instead of a fry cook at McDonald's. Oh, I forgot, this is the Ethnic studies department where scholarship is irrelevant.
